Needless to say, we like to treat our resellers well. But generous discounts are only the beginning. Depending on your reseller level, you'll be eligible to receive premium reseller benefits.
- Silver Level Resellers
- Silver Level Resellers (with 301-599 service accounts), are eligible to receive the following:
- 25% discount on all qualifying service account monthly fees
- Gold Level Resellers
- Gold Lever Resellers (with 1000-2499 service accounts) are eligible for all the Silver Level benefits, plus:
- 50% discount on all qualifying service account monthly fees
- Group purchasing power for your products
- Increased channels of feedback
- Invitation to annual ALL-PAGE Communication Dinner Meeting with ALL-PAGE executives
A few resellers have brought up the question, "What if the people I resell to find out about ALL-PAGE services and want to resell directly with ALL-PAGE? What is ALL-PAGE's policy on this?"
ALL-PAGE understands these issues 100% and has gone to great lengths to stay completely anonymous to your end customers. To be honest, this situation has only happened a few times with some of our larger resellers. If by chance one of your customers wants to go direct with us, we have implemented the following guidelines to help in these situations.
If one of your customers wants to purchase service directly from ALL-PAGE Communication (and we are aware that they are your customer), they must:
- Order completely new service, including normal set-up fees and deposits, if required, and pay all applicable fees for each service they wish to purchase from us. We will not just switch the billing over to ALL-PAGE.
- Pay to setup any additional products or services which they had on their service
- Transfer all content of their service to the new service themselves
- Close their account with you, the reseller, and make sure that they are up-to-date in any payments that are owed to you, before they can purchase directly from us.
We hope that these policies will deter your clients from wanting to buy service directly from us in the small chance that they find out that you are purchasing service from ALL-PAGE.
